Finishing: Professionally traditional hand scrub wash no machines are involve in washing, drying and finishing process.

Texture: This hand knotted pile rug is made using 100% natural dyes and handspun wool.

Color Abrushes. Natural dyed wool always have Abrushes (Variation) in each color because each batch of wool dyed doesn’t gives the same results as other batches.

Processing time We will dispatch your order within 1-2 Business days and delivery transit time is 4-7 business days

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact us within 14 day of delivery, and send back the items within 30 days after requesting an return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
